The placemats are of good quality. Not really worth the price charged, but I would have kept them. However, I ordered plain black. How could that go wrong? What I received were navy blue placemats. I contacted the seller immediately and notified them of the error. I did hear back and was told they would send options for my color choice (plain black). I never heard from the seller again. I have six navy blue placemats that I paid $99 for and can't use. Very disappointing. I would not recommend this seller; not because of the product's quality, but because of the poor customer service.
